Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
