Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
