Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
