Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Quarry Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
