Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Oakland across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
