Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Basin Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Portland, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
