Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Sable Financial serves customers across Orlando with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
