Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Redstone Corner Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
