Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Redstone Vista Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
