Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Austin with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
