Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Junction Markets is a Grand Rapids retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
