Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Maple Housing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
