Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 591 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
