Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
