Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Haven Housing manages affordable housing communities across Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
