Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
