Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Detroit, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
