Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Ember Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
