Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
