Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Markets is a Louisville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
