Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
