Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Silverline Nest Staffing is a Spokane staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
