Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Bridge Health provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 973 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
