Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Phoenix serving students and families, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
