Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Summit Keystone Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
