Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Field Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
