Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Meadow Markets is a Orlando retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
