Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
