Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Silverline Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
