Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Basin Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
