Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Mill Freight is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
