Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
