Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
