Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
