Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Oklahoma City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
