Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Cross Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 531 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
