Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 474 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
