Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
