Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
