Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
