Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
