Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 463 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
