Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Junction Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
