Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Cedar Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Portland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
