Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Facilities and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
