Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
