Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Forge Health Group is a healthcare provider in Phoenix with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 575 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
