Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Learning Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
