Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
