Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meadow Housing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
